Untrustworthy
Very bad, they made us get to the pick up location by 6:30am, we arrived at 6:15am and they called us at 6:26am to tell us that the tour was cancelled. Definitely would never book with this company again and don't advise anyone to go through this. This happened to me in September 2026, they told me that it was a silent day and none of the boats were at service. Firstly silent day is in march and also they couldnt tell me a day before so i could plan ahead and made me wake up at 05:30am and waited for the last minute to let me know.
Safe and carefree day on gorgeous Nusa Penida Island
There was mix up with my reservation (these things had happen) BUT what I was very impressed with was how quickly it was resolved. The rest of the day went off without a hitch. My driver Ketut was very nice and I felt very comfortable with him (I’m a solo female traveller). My driver in Nusa Penida island was Jero and he was incredibly helpful. He actually bought me a hat with his own money (I reimbursed him later). He also explained about Balinese culture etc. I changed the itinerary last minute (I wanted to spend more time at Crystal Beach) which he accommodated. I cannot emphasis how safe I felt travelling alone with both Ketut and Jero I felt very secure and they basically chaperoned me to the boat to make sure there were no issues. I had a wonderful carefree day because of both of them.
