Our driver was professional, on time, and assisted us with our luggage. He contacted us before we left our ship. The car was comfortable for us 3. We had 11 am flights from Heathrow Airport. We made it less than 90 minutes. It was so great to arrive at airport on time and comfortable.
This was a completely seamless experience. We had to disembark earlier than we had planned but Jose, our driver, was waiting just outside with a smile and ready to go. Within minutes we were settled in the wonderfully appointed van with bottles of water waiting at each of our seats. The drive to London was quick and painless. This will be my preferred vendor from now on when I visit the UK.
It was a pleasant ride from Southampton to London. Our driver, Duarte, was helpful and friendly. He presented a professional demeanor.
from Southampton to our London Hotel transfer was great our driver Angelo make sure we see the most of tourist spot that we like to see such a sweet guy, but our driver from our hotel to the airport was very mean was mad and giving us an attitude about our luggage which i called the night before about extra luggage and we are willing to pay but still complain we gave him $140 for luggages and $100 tips and I hope he is happy
Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We're glad to hear that your transfer from Southampton to London with Angelo was a great one! He always strives to provide exceptional service, and it's wonderful to know that you enjoyed the journey and sightseeing with him. However, it seems the transfer from your hotel to the airport was not arranged through our services. While we regret hearing about your negative experience, this particular transfer was not part of our service. We would appreciate it if you could share your review with the appropriate provider so they can address your concerns. Thank you again for choosing us, and we hope to assist you in the future!
The transfer was very seamless, and the driver provided us with a great experience. We will use this service again!
We have excellent private transfer. The driver arrived the right time as soon as we disembarked, he is outside waiting. Very easy and comfortable ride to the airport for the six of us and plenty of room with our checked baggage and hand luggage. Very clean Mercedes Benz. I definitely recommend and would use again if I needed. Thank you!
