The main aim of my reservation was to visit Hairy Coo but indirectly because of your break and puncher in the castle we stayed there for 3 hours then we did not visit the Hairy Coo in same day and the plan cancelled.

We regret that aspects of this tour did not meet your expectations due to the unfortunate puncture on a tyre of our vehicle; and have taken the time to review your comments about the locations, stops and delay and have forwarded these to the relevant departments. It is a shame that we were not able to see the Hairy Coos on your tour on the day. Our driver guide and Inverness operations team did everything they could to minimise the delay on the tour to allow you to see some locations and stops on the tour as quickly as possible.
