A very in depth history of Palermo. We hit all of the important sites. Marcel was very knowledgeable and personable. The tour was spaced out well so you had time to ask questions and take pictures
What an absolutely beautiful place. Barbara is the best and we are so grateful. You must see this place sometime in your life and take this tour with Barbara.
It was a very informative experience. We enjoyed learning about the history of Palermo. Valeria was a great guide.
Not even 1 star - the guide never turned up and on calling the tour provider they hung up the phone twice on me while trying to find the guide. After 2 weeks in Malta and Sicily and many Tours via Viator worst experience EVER and have requested a full refund - absolutely awful service levels - i.e NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!! So would not recommend this tour at all!!

Very disappointed. We had an email yesterday, saying that our Tour tomorrow is cancelled. No explanation given. Very poor customer service. Little to no time for me and my three family members to find an alternative.

Very nice tour in the hearth of Palermo, with facts about the city and the monasteries in the center. Vi visited couple of churches and a monaster, a busy street market and the house with the palm tree. The guide explained everything in great detail. I would definitely recommend this tour!

We did this our first morning in Palermo, and our tour guide Barbara was great. Despite getting caught in an unexpected rainstorm, she was positive and very funny. We learned a lot about Palermo and its culture and history, and she gave us restaurant recommendations and walked us to the Teatro Massimo at the end of the tour so we wouldn’t get lost getting there. The stop for cannoli was wonderful. Highly recommended as a way to get your bearings in Palermo!
