We had the best day with Mr. Gao Dapeng! He communicated well before our experience, met us on time, and took us comfortably to Jinshanling Great Wall. Along the way, he shared information about the Great Wall and China’s history. His pride in his country was obvious and he was happy to introduce foreign visitors to it. He communicated with us through a translation app and provided a small translator device for us to respond. We had a wonderful conversation even though we speak different languages. The Jinshanling Great Wall itself is stunning and well worth the trip from Beijing! Pictures can’t capture what it’s like to be there, climb its steps, and see it continuing into the distance. The crowds here are much less and the views are unbeatable. We highly recommend this tour and you should request Mr. Gao Dapeng as your driver.

I was contemplating going to Badaling because it is closer to Beijing but I have to say this experience was worth the trip. A little over 2 hours each way. Comfortable, new car (Buick minivan) with good aircon. My guide, Moko, spoke fluent english and I understood him perfectly. He made the most of my trip and took good pictures. Moko is an experienced guide in Beijing and pointed out interesting sights along the way. Knew all the history and made it an unforgettable experience. As a solo traveler I felt very safe. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great tour with Edward, he told us lots of intresting things about the history of the wall and answered all of our questions. The van ride up was very swift and comfortable. Edward was very accomadating and not intrusive. Lunch was very good.

We experienced this trip with guide Edward and driver LiQingshan. They were both very nice and friendly. This was our most beautiful walk ever. Great part of the wall with almost no tourists. It was sometimes tough climbing and going down but it was all worth it. Definitely recommend this trip.

The private tour we had was verry good, the tourguid Eduard was verry friendly and told us a lot about the great wall. The driver mr. Sun was verry good he drove us verry safe from and to Beijing. This is sertenly a 5 star tour.

It’s quite a drive… about 2,5 hours outside Beijing (mainly because of Beijing traffic), but it’s well worth it. Beautiful and quiet piece of the Wall. Tony, the guide was very informative and Zhang, the driver did an amazing job getting us safely through the crazy Beijing traffic. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful tour with Huang! Very informative, special, and peaceful - like a work of art. We learned very much about the history and captured beautiful photos... and memories. And very good lunch! Highly recommended, 10/10!!

Private tour today with Jay to the beautiful Jinshanling section of the Wall. Cannot recommend this trip enough - Jay communicated with all arrangements before the trip and everything went really smoothly. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Wall and all other questions we asked him relating to our trip to Beijing. He was incredibly helpful and supportive as I had an injured knee. Authentic lunch was excellent. All in all the best day of our visit to Beijing.

Our guide Huang was simply the best. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about Chinese history. His energy and smile are what made our experience really enjoyable. The hike was not too difficult, although i recommend bringing hiking shoes. Food was genuine and local.

Beautiful private experience at the Great Wall of China with local guide Sherry. After the visit we asked to take us to visit a famous tea shop where we tasted some fabulous tea with a very nice demonstration. Highly recommended
