送迎まで、全行程を通して、英語を話せる有資格ドライバーが安心・快適にお出迎えいたします。 快適なプライベート輸送を提供します。 チケットを求めて長蛇の列に並ぶのではなく、文化や歴史を学ぶ時間を増やすことができます。 重要：予約手続きが複雑なため、ツアー時間を選択することはできません。 ホテルのピックアップ時間はツアー前日の午後3時以降となります。

旅程
ホテルピックアップはツアー予定時間の2時間前に行われます。 快適な車/ミニバンで、英語を話せるドライバーによる安全な移動を提供します。 クラクフからアウシュヴィッツまでの所要時間は1時間半。
ドライバーが玄関まで案内し、チケットをお渡しします。 すると、空港と同様のセキュリティチェックが行われます。 IDカードもチェックされます。 ツアーは、現地ガイドと30名のグループで行います。 各参加者にはヘッドフォンが贈られます。 ツアーの最初の部分はアウシュヴィッツ1です。所要時間は約2時間です。 その後、15分間の休憩があり、その間に運転手が博物館の第2部であるビルケナウへご案内します。 ここで約1時間過ごします。 ツアー終了後、ドライバーがホテルまでお送りします。

Our tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau was an incredibly moving and memorable experience, made even more special by Max. He was so lovely, friendly, and approachable from start to finish. Max handled such an important and emotional subject with great respect while making everyone feel comfortable and welcome throughout the day. The transfer was smooth and well organised, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this tour, and especially Max, to anyone visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau. Thank you for making such a meaningful visit truly unforgettable.
Fantastic experience We were able to book the tour at very short notice, communication was brilliant from start to finish with pick up times from the hotel to how the day would run. Our driver Max was super! Very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He made us laugh and also shared information about the area which was a great touch. For us Max made the early start a lot more bearable. The tour itself was emotional and touching. The tour guide was extremely passionate and enthusiastic which added to the experience. Would recommend this to anyone and would advise them all to request Max as their driver :)

Alex our transport guy was great, he engaged with us and made us feel welcome and explained where we were going and what to expect. The entire tour was excellent and moving. Such a sad part of history but so informative and educational. I would absolutely recommend doing this

We had a very good experience with Max. Excellent communication throughout. Clear instructions about pick up and drop off. Punctual, very friendly and welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. Told us a lot about the area and its history. The Tour was reasonably priced for the experience with the added extra of a packed lunch being provided, if you wanted, at a very good price. The transfer was about an hour from Krakow and the visit to Auschwitz and Birkenau was about 3 hours in total. The guide at the 2 sites made the trip very interesting with lots of information provided. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an engaging and informative experience.

Great overall experience with a very knowledgable guide with so many stories and facts that made you live the history and understand the pain a nation. Our driver Max was excellent he kept us updated on pickup and throughout the experience, he kept us entertained throughout our journey he was very knowledgeable about the country and culture.
