Total catastrophe. ...Had confirmed booking for 130pm to meet at the port. Driver was not there. He WhatsApp'd and said he would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. He never showed up at 130, or within 20 minutes of this time. The driver wrote on WhatsApp there was a lot of traffic. Somehow several hundred other people got their drivers and rides on time coming off of our boat. Very odd only he had this problem. Driver then said that someone else was supposed to pick us up but he had an accident. This back-and-forth went on with 2 drivers until about 2:25pm; 55 minutes after the schedule pickup when a driver finally showed up. The driver then proceeded to hold his cellphone and type on it while driving on the winding mountain roads. When I asked the driver to please stop talking on his cellphone and typing he replied, "to let him do his job". I'm an experienced traveler having been to over 90 countries. This was an extremely bad and frighteningly unsafe experience. Photographic evidence has been provided to Booking.com.

Arrogant and Fraudelant - arrived at Santorini on 01 October, had to search for the driver, eventually got him with a very poor name board, being on busienss class he then told be it does not matter to him I must wait for all the other people on my list, and go and stand and wait, 10 minutes later when i walked up to him and asked him what now he got angry, told me and my wife he is cancelling our pick up, plus will refund us ...now I am struggling to get the money from him - stay away from these dishonest fraudulent people with bad attitude

Everything was perfect! The transfer was punctual, smooth, and very well organized. Our driver, Angelos, was extremely kind and a great driver. We felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with George as our driver from the Santorini port to our hotel. He helped us with our bags, made sure we were comfortable in the car, gave us updates on our arrival time, and recommendations for our stay. Highly recommend!

Alexander was a fab driver very friendly and knowledgeable

George picked us up from the Port in Santorini after we arrived by ferry. Our service was fast, professional and very comfortable. We managed to escape the port before all the traffic, so the efforts to get us out quickly were appreciated. George was kind enough to give us some recommendations for our stay in Santorini.
