This company was over an hour late picking me up from Santorini airport. When I called their service center in Santorini the operator was rude and blamed it on me, when their driver was not even on his way to pick me up. On my return to the airport couple of days later, they did not even show up and I could not get a hold of them since it was 4:47 am. I took a taxi which It cost me 50 euros. I called Viator to complain and get a refund since I purchase this through their website, I was told that they would be contacting the company, which they did. The company told Viator that they were there at my pick up time and that I was a no show. I almost missed my flight because of this non reliable company. Save yourself some money and rent a car. It is very easy to drive around the island. Taxis are very expensive in Santorini.

Do have in mind that in both transfers you were non show though you have refunded exceptionally in full for both of them. Also our presence in Santorini Airport in summer time is in 24/7 basis thus we have appointed vehicles stand by all the time. last but not least allow us to point that you have not lost any flight at all rather than you were re-protected from the airline and placed in another flight due to the fact it was overbooked.

I booked transportation from the...
<p>I booked transportation from the airport to lodging for three people. The driver was waiting right outside the airport with a name card and the transfer was smooth and effortless. The vehicle was nice and comfortable but I recommend that you put all luggage to include your carryon in the luggage hold. There is not much room for large bags backpacks, etc on the interior of the bus. Handbags/purses or other small items you can hold are ok. The drive to our Villa in Oia took about 20 minutes.</p>

This was awesome! My driver was...
<p>This was awesome! My driver was waiting outside the airport with my name on a sign and he took me to my hotel immediately... I guess because of the time I landed 10pm there was no one else in the van with me... My guide showed me how to contact him in case I needed tours or anything planned while i was in Santorini I highly recommend.</p>

Booked this airport to hotel...
<p>Booked this airport to hotel transfer as I am was not really familiar of how to go around Santorini that time. Driver was really accommodating and was already waiting for me when I arrived. I booked this thinking that a private transfer was more expensive, but I ended up being the only passenger in a big car. Driver even brought me to the pick up location for my tour.</p>
