Booked and pre-paid but guide failed to show up. Not contactable, no response to messages and NO refund

Guide messages day before asking for later meeting time. We accepted but they never showed up. We would like a refund.

Caught from bus c32 from Alhambra to Albacin. There was a lovely group playing flamenco music and dancing. The area is very beautiful and worth walking around and taking photos too.

Carmen was an amazing tour guide She had such detailed knowledge of everything We learnt a lot She gave lot of recommendations for eateries and things to do Beautiful views - highly recommend to start the Granada trip with this tour

Knowledgeable and friendly guide, interesting tour with lots of information and magnificent views, we enjoyed very much.

We had a great time with Pablo, he was knowledgeable and fun to talk to. It was interesting to learn about the Flamenco history in Sacromonte and the caves. Pablo showed us a couple of great viewpoints on Alhambra and we had amazing sunset pictures, he even recommended some nice Tapas bars which we appreciated.

Carmen was an excellent guide. He explained very well, he took the tour at a comfortable pace as there were many climbs up the street and stairs.

My guide, Carmen, was excellent. So much knowledge and she explained everything with a passion that made us be part of the history in every place.

Very disappointed! We went to the meeting place well in advance of 8 pm slot! First, the shop is closed and no one came to meet us! We waited in vain till 8:30 pm! There was no contact info for contacting in such scenario! Utterly pathetic, especially when you are in a tight schedule and every moment counts!
