Magnificent experience thanks to the guide Hector
Grazie!
Everything was perfect! carlos the tour guide had a nice energy :)
We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your visit. We certainly have a wonderful team of guides. We’ll pass on your kind comments to Carlos Serrano. We look forward to seeing you again in Granada! Kind regards, The Granavisión team
Great tour with excellent guide. Carlos F was our guide for Alhambra. He was both enthusiastic and entertaining. We participated as a family including two teenagers and he had them engaged throughout the tour.
Thank you so much for your kind words! Carlos F., as our guide, and the rest of the Granavisión team want visitors to the Alhambra to not only learn about its history, but to have fun while doing so. And if, as you say, this was the case for you, we are delighted. We hope you return to the city soon, and to the Alhambra as well! See you soon!
A total crack explained everything and very good vibe
Saludos!
We had a guided tour in Alhambra (3 hr) plus the Albaicin Community (where we had time for a great lunch at the Nazaries). Our guide was so helpful. Audio was provided with new headsets. Our group size was very manageable. There is also a gift shop we stopped at mid way through the Alhambra tour. The Alhambra is seriously amazing!! The bus ride was comfortable ( halfway way stop at gift shop / restroom / cafe). We had ability to charge our phones on the bus with usb ports. This was a very pleasant and memorable experience!!
Thank you so much for your feedback! It fills us with joy to read that you enjoyed your entire trip, including the final stop at the Alhambra. At Granavisión, the whole team works hard to ensure that every visitor's experience in the city is enriching and enjoyable. We're delighted to know that's exactly what you experienced. Thank you again. See you soon!
Unforgettable view of the Alhambra from the Albaicin district then visit the Alhambra with Alain, our super guide.
We had a great tour with Carlos “The Handsome” Fuentes. Very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Great personality in addition to the good looks.
Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your brilliant review! We are delighted to hear that you had such a great time exploring the Alhambra and the historic quarters with us. We will certainly pass your compliments along to Carlos "The Handsome" Fuentes. He will be thrilled (and probably a bit blushing!) to know that his knowledge, personality, and, of course, his "good looks" made your tour so memorable. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we hope to see you again soon in Granada! Warm regards, The Granavision Team
The alain guide taught us everything in a great way. Very attentive a loving 10 and attentive to the group
Guide Alain has given us an amazing insight into the story, very friendly and fun. To repeat safe and highly recommended
Highly recommended, a place full of stories that need to be told and for this it is essential to hire a guide. In our case we had the tickets and then we hired the guide. We had an excellent one named Alain who guided the group in two languages, English and Spanish, answering all our questions and contributing all his knowledge.
