It was a very positive experience from the moment of booking. The subsequent communications were always precise and punctual and the organization impeccable, both regarding the meeting point and at the time of departure. Alfredo was our guide in Granada during the visits to the Cathedral and the Alhambra. He proved to be very competent, prepared, and empathetic, managing to keep the entire group's attention throughout the duration of the visits. He did not limit himself to illustrating the monuments, but placed them in the broader historical, cultural, and social context of Andalusia and Spain, making every explanation clear, interesting, and engaging. He knew how to alternate information, curiosities, and anecdotes with great naturalness, adapting his language to the different people in the group and always responding to our questions with availability. His deep culture, combined with his evident passion for his work, allowed us to understand and appreciate what we were visiting much more intensely. A professional, friendly, and never detached guide, capable of transforming a guided tour into a pleasant, instructive, and meaningful experience. Alfredo certainly represented an added value to our stay in Granada. Absolutely recommended.

Antonio M was the best guide! He was personal even in a large group. He was patient with my Spanish, and also spoke perfect English. He took us to all the most beautiful locations in La Alhambra, royal room, royal chapel, and the Cathedral. He spoke clearly and held the microphone at the perfect distance so I could hear well-I’ve experienced many guides that don’t know how to hold the microphone so they touch it and it sounds horrible, but he knew all the tips and tricks to make sure everyone in my group could hear perfectly. He also made sure to not make the tours feel long and boring, he was enthusiastic and told stories and fun facts along the way!!
