Transformative multi-sensorial tour
First class walking tour because of our wonderfully energetic and knowledgeable guide, Arnau. We took the cooler 9 am tour. Possible to catch the C30 or C32 bus but we taxied up and bussed down. Lots of shade, places to sit a minute, and a well-timed break for drinks and comfort half way through. But the most compelling part of the tour were the sites. Breathtaking, humbling, and beautiful.

Simply the Best
Our guide Arnau was delightful. He had a great sense of humour and looked after our group so well. His knowledge of The Alhambra was impressive and nothing was too much trouble for him. His love of The Alhambra and its history was evident in his enthusiasm. He was ‘simply the best’ !

Our guide is the guide to the guides!
Our guide for the Alhambra was phenomenal! The other tour guides referred to him as the Maestro as we passed by and they were spot on! His knowledge and love for the Alhambra was evident from the beginning and his personality was that of a gentleman from another time…we had Federico! Ask for his tour and you won’t be disappointed. The other cool thing to do after the tour is to get an Alhambra beer in the Alhambra. Nothings better after a warm 3 hours to relax in one of the Alhambra restaurants and enjoy a cold beverage.

Fabulous guide
Carlos was a great guide and provided lots of detail information we would have not otherwise known. We didn't realize tickets to the palace sell out so quickly and were happy to get them through the tour.

Crowds did not spoil the experience
We booked the small tour in English and we’re glad we did. Only 9 of us on the tour and our excellent guide Antonio was very knowledgeable about the Alhambra and very willing to take our photos in front of various highlights. He gave us a welcome coffee/loo break between the Alhambra and the Generalife tour and the 3 hours just flew by. An unforgettable experience, despite the crowds!

Great guide
Our tour guide, Andrea, was very knowledgeable. She made the tour very interesting with facts and funny anecdotes. The smaller size of the tour was nice. It was a long tour, but the pacing was good. It was a great experience.
