Private speedboat travel suited our family schedule
Our family chose a private speedboat for Phi Phi and Khai because we preferred keeping the group together rather than joining a shared trip. The included transfer also reduced one more piece of planning from our Phuket day. The two-island route gave the younger adults something to look forward to while still appealing to everyone. A private option costs more than sharing, so it needs to match your priorities. For our group, the extra control and personal space made sense.
