As per all other reviews , this was a highly enjoyable morning activity from 9.30 to about 2pm by the time you had eaten the food and visited the shop etc. Visited a local market to buy some ingredients and for explanation on some of the food items we would be using. The chef cooked each dish and then we went to our own station to cook ourselves with their help if required. Before watching the next demonstration, it was a very friendly and easy to follow. We cooked a main dish. Soup, salad and a stir fry that were all put in numbered bowls for us to eat at the end. Given written instructions, cert, apron, a packet mix to make one of the dishes in a bag. This restaurant is very near to the old town.

This was an absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. We arrived early and were able to take photos and view the restaurant and grounds while they were empty. Our instructor met us and explained what we would be doing once the other attendees arrived. She took us to the local market and helped us to identify many of the ingredients we would be using in the meals we made. She also answered all of the questions we had about different items and customs for the area. Once back at the restaurant we watched her make each dish before going to the kitchen to recreate it ourselves. She was very helpful with anyone who needed assistance. In all we made four dishes each and after the class they were served to us in the restaurant. For those who don't like alot of spice I recommend that you go easy on the type and amount of peppers you use. Remember it's Thai hot. After we finished lunch we stopped in the shop at the restaurant and bought products to take home. They have their own line of ingredients and sauces. This was not what I would consider a beginner cooking class but I highly recommend trying it. It was by far one of the best experiences for me personally. If you enjoy cooking this tour shouldn't be missed!

This cooking school is so professional and a must do!! The food was easy to prepare and we all ate our own dishes. It was fantastic!

Highly recommend this morning cooking class with the market tour. Our chef, Nickky, was so knowledgeable and showed us which ingredients we would be using for our dishes. We each cooked our own meals that we ate for lunch. It was fun, informative and delicious! We received all the recipes, and tote bag and apron to take home. It was a great experience!

This is a very special experience from the moment you arrive until you eat that last bite of Thai goodness you prepared. Yes you may see it as a pricey experience but I can assure you, you will get your moneys worth through the experience with many extras that add value. The staff are all very professional, the cooking area is clean and hygienic and air conditioned ( a bonus). We discovered so many fruits and vegetables we not seen or tasted before. And we cooked dishes we would never normally have cooked for ourselves. It was a fun time and an opportunity for family bonding with the reward of eating what we made in the beautiful restaurant within the Blue Elephant mansion. I wouldn't visit Phuket without doing this class.

Have the opportunity to go to the local market to experience, get to know different ingredients, also happy to let us try. Back to the restaurant cooking area, ready for everyone cooking area, the cooking process is relaxed, there is water and fruit available, if any questions can be asked at any time. Afterwards you can enjoy your own meals in the restaurant, and the dining environment is beautiful. After dinner you can visit the gift shop. Enjoy all the process

My wife, daughter, brother and I recently completed the cooking class with Blue Elephant. I can't recommend it enough. Nikki was our instructor and she was great. From taking us to the market to providing detailed instructions, she did everything exceptionally well. Everything was well organized and ready for us to move from one dish to the next. I have no complaints. I think this cooking class is more expensive than others but the setting is worth it. You get to enjoy all your creations in their dining room at the conclusion of the class.

This was the Best class ever! Shout out to Krishna. Everyone was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Shopping to cooking was so fun! Highly recommend! Class was a 10/10.

What an amazing experience. From the moment we went to the market to actually understanding how and when to use each ingredient. The instructor was extremely patient and explained every detail. The tastes were amazing. Truly an elevated experience.
