There is no off-road driving, so it is definitely nice if you want to drive a buggy on the road! If you want to see some of the beautiful nature then this is nice.

As you mentioned, off-road driving is prohibited inside Teide National Park, so for the protection of this unique environment all tours must follow the roads.
