パングランゴ国立公園のシトゥ・グヌン吊り橋を通して、熱帯林の自然のパノラマをお楽しみください。 全長535m、高さ120mのこの吊り橋は、東南アジア最長の吊り橋であると主張されている。 この橋を渡ると、上空からの緑の木々の美しさに驚かされます。 注意: •ジャカルタから国立公園エリアまでの所要時間は、交通状況によりますが、2時間～3時間程度です。（長期休暇中は渋滞が発生する場合があります） • 混雑を避けるため、午前7時に出発することをお勧めする。 • このツアーは平日/オフシーズンがベストです。 • ツアー当日にフライト/ミーティングが予定されていないことを確認してください。
ショートトラックハイキング (1,5 km) 高さ35メートルの美しいソウワーの滝を訪れるトレッキングを始めます。 自然の雰囲気が漂う壮大な滝の眺めが楽しめるロケーションです。 スルタン・バスケット ハイキングを続けてスルタンバスケットジップラインを体験します。100メートルのルートで川を渡り、籐製のバスケットの形をした吊り椅子に乗ります。 （特に週末や祝日などの特定の時間帯は、ジップラインのキューが長くなり、1.5時間以上かかることがあります）。 シトゥ・グヌン湖 ゲデ・パングランゴ山の斜面にある松林に囲まれたシトゥ・グヌン湖に浸かりましょう。 湖畔から自然を楽しんだり、伝統的ないかだに乗ったりできます。
ロングトラックハイキング (5 KM) エンシェントバレー&ツインウォーターフォール 熱帯雨林の奥深くにたたずむ隠れた滝の魔法を解き明かそう。 緑豊かな植生をガイドが案内し、道中で現地の生態系に関する知識を共有します。 エンシェントバレーへは、さらに7本の吊り橋を渡って行きます。 双子の滝に近づきながら、滝のしぶきを感じ、自然の癒しの音に耳を傾けましょう。 これは単なるトレッキングではなく、自然界で最も畏敬の念を抱かせる創造物の一つへの旅です。 75メートルの人里離れた滝の素の迫力と美しさを目の当たりにすることは、一生忘れられない体験です。 身長恐怖症、喘息、動けなくなった方にはお勧めできません。 古代の渓谷ハイキングを終え、遠征地で休憩した後は、引き続きソーワー滝、スルタンバスケット＆ザ・レイクを訪れます。

Amazing FULL adventure! Our guide Gus provided lively conversation about Indonesian culture and history on the long drive. Upon arrival, immediate excitement with a motorcycle ride to the first suspension bridge. Harness provided across bridges and trail for safety. We loved getting drenched at the twin waterfalls and enjoyed the sultan basket ride at the end. Lunch was delicious. Gus took pictures of us and translated our questions about the rain forest to the local guide. 7.5 miles later we were tired but, oh, what memories! Highly recommend!

Bryan was an excellent guide during my hike at Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge in Pangrango National Park. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt safe throughout the entire trip. Our guides, Vincent and Bobo were great and accommodating. The hikes/trails were great, you get a great feel for the forest and the bridges are fun to cross. Lovely waterfalls and nature.

Excellent trip. Very much recommended. Physically not very challenging (long route) but incredible nature. Mitchell was a very good guide.

Bryan was an amazing guide! Lot of hiking not for the faint of heart! It’s a tough hike on trails and stone. There are lots of inclines and narrow trails. I feel I am average hiker, this was harder than I expected. The suspension bridges are amazingly breathtaking!

We did the long track hike and really enjoyed it, amazing nature landscape including wildlife and incredible waterfalls. The car trip was comfortable & our guide was very knowledgeable and accomodating. Not sure if the short track would be worth it, considering the 3 hour travel time each way. Note that the ‘shuttle’ within the national part is travel by motorbike. I would recommend to wear long pants & sleeves and bring mosquito repellant, water & snacks for the hike, and stuff for leech removal as they are present.
