My friends and I had so so so much fun with Riani on Sunday! First of all, she is skilled at being a knowledgable guide and also hilarious. It felt like she was prepared, knew the back ways, and always avoided big crowds of people. The tour really exceeded our expectations even though we had to cut it short. TIP: Do not plan anything else for the day you do the tour! We felt we had the core experiences but because we had to return to Jakarta that evening, things felt a bit rushed (that was our fault). If we could do it again we would have a chill day with no other plans so we could explore more and have lunch. Riani did her best battling traffic and we really appreciated all of her tips and advice! Would recommend her to anyone wanting to see southern Bandung with a local!

Admission was paid separately for the tour, but I had them explain the contents well In White Crater, I was shown lakes from different places. They listened to our wishes and took us to strawberry farms and coffee shops.

We had a lovely tour with our guide Regina. We got picked up outside our hotel and began our tour. The white crater was stunning, especially from the top viewpoint! The hot springs were amazing, we opted not to do the mud bath but those who did it certainly looked like they enjoyed themselves! The suspension bridge and zip line were also fun additional with some great views. Lastly the tea plantation and strawberry farm were a great way to get close to how the locals live and work. Overall a very good tour, a lovely guide who was very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend!

My second tour with this company, and both have been excellent. My guide, Riani, adjusted the pace to suit our group and was friendly and informative, didn't rush us, and helped us avoid the big crowd which had gathered at the time we arrived at the White Crater (due to a public holiday) by taking us up to the quiet view of it from above first). We also picked strawberries on our lovely full day adventure! My guide from my previous outing, Bamz, was also around with another group but still offered support when I accidentally stepped in the sulphuric mud (oops, but all good), along with being super friendly and giving me contacts for guides and car rental later in my Indonesian adventure! Would definitely recommend! 😊

Really transparent and easy communication. We got Steven as a driver and guide. Very comfortable and safe driving experience, combined with a well experienced and open minded guide. Open for every question and no akward silence. Great suggestions for activities and good time management. Steven adapted the experience to our needs and surpassed my expectation for the trip. Actually there is nothing to complain about. We wish Steven and the Alavia Team the best and you will be my first choice for guided trips in Java.
