Well paced and very informative. Inspired me to learn more about Czech history. The river cruise offered a great view of the Charles bring and Prague Castle.

Great group of tickets for the price. Bus tour goes by places we hadnt seen, walking tour is relatively long but very informative and river cruise was good for the pics, though it is pretty short distance. We would highly recommend it!

The vendor called me on Sunday morning saying that our Monday tour was cancelled due to a "state visit". I was busy clearing airport security at the time, so said okay to a Tueday tour. Upon arriving in Prague on Sunday afternoon we had a conflict with a Tuesday tour. When I called the vendor (same phone number) to cancel around 5pm Sunday, a man who answered hung up on me twice. I went into Victor's portal and The tour was still listed as Monday morning the next day. It said if I cancelled that I would lose the entire tour amount. So, we cancelled other plans and took the Tuesday tour. Only help through Viator was an AI bot. We are disappointed that Viator nor this vendor updated our actual tour date on the Viator site. This is not okay. On a positive note, our tour guide David was wonderful....so not a total loss.

I thought this tour was just "overload" with information and too much standing around. You are not dropped back to pickup point and need to make your own way back but I suppose the guide did tell us directions to the tram. If I was doing Prague Castle again I would just pick the churches or basicalla I would like to visit,buy the tickets at the entrance and they give you audio tour to listen to. But then this is not something you would know when planning your trip. I did not think this tour was value for money.

No return transportation back to hotel included. Left to find own back in rain. Disappointing! Areas of Castle closed. Description of tour needs to include that parts of the castle are closed in September. Unable to make river cruise due to tour timings - cruise has a break in departures at 2:00 p.m. Guide was very knowledge and spoke English well.

We had a great time on this tour! Lucy was a great guide and we enjoyed hearing about the history of the castle, cathedral, and Golden Lane. The bus pickup was easy to find and we appreciated that we were driven to the castle rather than having to hike up the (many) stairs. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend!

Prague castle and church is beautiful, but what lands is when you have a guide. So I’ll spend the rest of this reviewing my guide, Neil. Amazing experience. He’s entertaining with a solid grasp of the history … with super anecdotes. Don’t do castles or historical sites without a guide you miss so much! Especially if they’re like Neil!

Nice and humorous guide with good knowledge who described educationally to us on this moderately long tour.
