不可侵の孤児の孤児たち（Descubre los grandes imprescindibles de Toledo en una completa jornada cultural acompañado por un guía oficial. La experiencia comienza a las 11 :00 h con la visita guiada al Alcázar de Toledo y al Museo del Ejército, un edificio emblemático que domina la ciudad y que ha sido escenario de importantes acontecimientos de la historia de España. A las 13 :00 h continuarás con un paseo guiado por el casco histórico, recorriendo sus calles medievales, Plazas y rincones más representsativos mientras descubres el legado de las tres culturas. Finalmente, a las 16 : 15 h, completarás la experiencia con una visita guiada al interior de la Catedral Primada de Toledo, una de las grandes joyas del gótico europeo, donde conocerás su impresionante arquitectura, sus capillas y las obras de arte más destacadas que alberga.

Toledo is a breathtaking city! Tge original capital of Spain and an amazing fortress. The church is a must see as well! We enjoyed our tour and highly recommend.
I would safely say that we had the best two tour guides during the day. They were knowledgeable and humorous as well. Toledo has many small lanes and by lanes full of history and culture, so ensure that you are geared to walk. Wear comfortable shoes and if you re travelling in Nov, then wear warm clothing. A jacket is a must.
Jesus was very informative and took his time to explain things, especially during the first section - “Casco Histórico de Toledo, where we were lucky enough to have a full English tour, however the Catedral Primada tour which was bi lingual was delivered equally as well. After a two hour break for lunch we met up with Elias for the final part of the tour. Elias’s delivery wasn’t quite as good as Jesus as he spoke a lot faster however he was still informative and answered our questions implacably. It’s a very long day to do the full complete Toledo tour and I think if I had my time again I would end after the Cathedral tour as it is a long wait until the last part and it makes the day very long but it was still very good and both guides were excellent. I would recommend

The voucher for the private tour said it was a 6 hr tour. The guide for some reason ended the tour after 4 hours and I couldn’t convince her or the operator that it was supposed to last longer. I coordinated with the tour operator ahead of time to know what times to book trains from and back to Madrid the day of the tour and they insisted we return on the 6pm train. So that’s what I booked. But the private tour (which started at 10am) ended abruptly at 2pm (was supposed to go to 4pm). We went to the train station and the 4pm train was sold out. We were able to change to the 5pm train at least, but the whole thing was really frustrating. I feel I should be refunded some of what I paid given the tour length was 1/3 shorter than advertised and confirmed via the voucher.
We had an excellent time during the tour. Well Well done, informative and clear communication. However, in our booking, we included tapas. We didn't have tapas during the tour. Can we get a refund for this?
This was supposed to be an English speaking tour. The first group we had, were half spanish speakers so the guide had to repeat everything twice. Then we got passed off to another guide whose accented English was very hard to understand. Then, we got dropped from the cathedral tour because the original guide "forgot" to tell us where and when to meet.
If you read the description of the tour you will see that it is indicated that the tour can be bilingual. Therefore, from our side the information is clear. Regarding the second part of your comment, I apologise, and we will talk to the guides to find out what happened so that it doesn't happen again. Our goal is to always provide excellent service, and to keep our customers satisfied.
It would have been a better experience had our guide not raced through the information in heavily accented English. Missed at least half of her explanations. The day was entirely too long. Met the bus at 8:20 and didn’t arrive home until 5
