The driver was very friendly and polite and gave us some information about places to visit while we were in Sydney

Edward was very personable, and found us at hotel early to take us to ship. So thankful he made an effort to find us well before our appointed time.

I used this service from the airport to the hotel...it was booked through the hotel. The driver complained about the luggage. He even took a picture of the luggage in the SUV. We have a CRV, so why the big deal...we paid extra for an Audi SUV. Day before the return trip, we got notification that it would be an extra $20. We had booked a van and they demanded another $20? I would not recommend this service. Easier and cheaper to just get an Uber.

Friendly, on time and helped us with luggage both at the hotel and the cruise port. Using private shuttle works better for us.

We had the same driver who picked us up at airport. George was very nice gentleman and we had a very clean van we traveled in. He dropped us off at the desired time at the cruise port

Driver was waiting exactly where they said he would be. We to then go to International and pick up another group but the driver executed all pickups and set down very professionally. His driving skill through the congested city traffic was very neat and tidy. The driver handled a dispute about baggage with much aplomb. Job well done.

The driver was not very friendly and seemed upset that we had a collapsible wheelchair with us. It was the size of an average suitcase and we included it in the number of checked luggage.

Had no problems. He was on time and was able to get us to the port without complications! Had little conversation but he got us where we needed to be!
