Hi Lukas, Thank you for your review, our Daily wine tour changes every day, we do not visit the same wineries over and over as other tour operators do. We choose the smaller less commercial vineyards away from the crowds. That said I need to answer some of the criticism. One thing the wine does it create debate and you either like a wine or you don't, that means your palate is not to that specific taste, it does not mean the wine is below average . As an example at the first "Family owned" vineyard they visited 3 of the wines on their portfolio rated 4 .5 stars out of a Possible 5 in the Platter Guide the remainder 4 out of 5 stars At the next vineyard tasting is done next to a lake, ( a great alternative to sitting inside a building I guess) a pairing of 5 wines and 5 cheeses. 3 out of the 5 are rated 4.5 out of a possible 5 and one was voted the best Pinotage in South Africa! I guess not everyone's palate is the same. The harvest season in South Africa has not begun so a cellar tour would involve looking at a whole lot of empty stainless steel tanks. We do do cellar tours in season. At most of the wineries, the wine ambassadors introduce the wineries' history before commencing with the tastings. We do our best to ensure everyone has a great day out on our tours and I am sorry it was not up to Lukas expectations. After discussing the day with the guide she mentioned that the group spent the day talking in German and she felt uncomfortable intruding/interrupting the conversation
