カンクン空港からプエルトアベンチュラスまで（往復）

My friend and I were stranded at the Cancun airport from Cancun Airport Transfers! They were a no call, no show! We had to find someone else outside of the airport to take us to our hotel in Riviera Maya! We are requesting a full refund!

It is the third trip I contract transfer with them, I like because they are always on the lookout and I think they are very punctual or the waiting time is minimal compared to others. The units are clean and the drivers so far have been friendly. The way to be able to schedule the transfer via online and the payment when arriving or since leaving is very accessible to me. On this last trip it was the first one I made with my baby, we requested a baby seat and on the outbound trip I didn't come and on the return trip to the aero yes, the only detail that failed him is that the seat was not properly fastened, it was superimposed and the idea of ordering a carseat is for the safety of my baby, really seeing the installation of the seat I said well, it doesn't help anything that goes in the carseat if it is not well installed. As for everything else, perfect.

Booked a round trip from cancun airport to our hotel in Riviera Maya. To start the communication from the company is terrible!! It gave me such bad anxiety, they did not reply to my messages to confirm times or anything, I had to bug them! On the return journey I had to find their WhatsApp to contact them to find out what time they was picking me up as they had ignored all my other messages. Do not need this stress when on holiday. to make things worse on our return journey the driver did not smile, he did not say hello, he did not speak to us once other than to ask for my ID. He didn’t wear a seat belt the entire drive and was texting whilst driving! Very dangerous especially with my 10 year old son in the car!!! When dropping us at the airport he says ‘Excuse me, the price you paid didn’t include tips’ I reply ‘Am I required to pay a tip?’ He said ‘yes you have to’. This service did not deserve a tip and where does it say I have extra charges? I want my tip refunded!! What an awful attitude to have! I will tip if I get good service which this company has not given and this driver also did not! I have been forced to pay money against my will! ROBBED!!

I have never taken this transport I did not find it at the airport I have a company if it is possible I want to be reimbursed

They Cancun-Puerto Aventura service was not scheduled, we had to wait a long while until they found an available unit for our transportación.

Great service! They kept in touch till I had my ride to my hotel and then confirmed the return with lots of detail. Also the drivers were very good, courteous and safe!
