The driver was 20 minutes early, more than punctual. Smooth and calm ride. Friendly driver, spoke very little English but it didn’t matter much to us. We enjoyed a peaceful drive. Felt safe, it was convenient and a comfortable livery vehicle.
I communicated with the vendor via the app and advise them of our luggage requirements. There was no response from the vendor for two days. I additionally emailed the vendor the day of before the driver showed up. We needed a van, but a sedan arrived to pick us up; there was limited room for our luggage requirements. The driver did not know, he communicated back to his office, and apparently there was a breakdown in communication in notifying him of our luggage requirements and type of vehicle needed. The driver eventually was able to pack all of our suitcases in very tightly, but we had to put 1/2 of the backseat down and I need a sit up front in the passenger seat for the ride. The driver did an outstanding job and trying to get us to our hotel, I do not find fault the driver as he did his best; but with the vendor itself and the lack of communication using the approved app to communicate with them.
Dear customer, We're very sorry for what happened. We never received the upgrade from a sedan to a minivan, which comes at an additional cost. We always recommend that customers choose a sedan for up to two people, but if you have more luggage, please contact customer service and discuss the upgrade from two to three people. It was a great experience. The driver was on time (actually showed up early) because we had disembarked earlier than planned. He was very friendly & courteous.
We had a good experience with our transfer from the ship to the hotel . Amazing communication and confirmation of all our trips through the app, text, and email. The driver showed up on time, assisted with luggage, and provided great transportation. Would 100% recommend to anyone traveling in Rome. The only drawback was the driver only offered to wait 30 minutes beyond our scheduled pick up time as I was communicating with him via WhatsApp. When booking I didn’t realize my time for disembarking the ship was after the time I had scheduled the pickup. Luckily we were able to leave the ship 15 minutes before our scheduled disembarking time.
Driver was great and on time. He contacted us and let us know exactly what time he would be there. The vehicle was great and clean.

Our driver was prompt and even waited extra due to weather and debarkation delays once we communicated with him. He was very friendly with so many interesting things to share about places we passed. There were five of us with lots of luggage. It was a great experience.

Booked 2 different transfers at 2 different locations/times and both drivers were 30 minutes+ late each time. Second time we were told it was because first assigned driver had an ‘incident’. Both drivers were very pleasant and courteous once they did arrive and provided great service.
