We were surprised by the snow in January, we did not see the colors, and we were not warned about this possibility. We were warned only on the way to the walk and we were unprepared for snow. Overall, including the entire package closed at the agency, the prices were high, there was a lack of basic guidance, and the little information they provided us, one came wrong. They did not make the reservation of one of the hotels, several perrengues and cold in the belly. We felt treated with reluctance and laxity.
