This was a very enjoyable time. My wife and I created clothing pieces that each suit our style. There was enough guidance for us to do a good job of the sewing - although you can still tell it is handmade if you look closely enough.

I had the most wonderful experience at Minimeland designing a handbag!! I absolutely loved every minute! The entire experience could not have been any better! Everyone there is so friendly and extremely talented. They help you create the handbag of your dreams, taking you through each step (you can do as much or as little of the actual sewing as you like). You start by deciding on which type of bag you would like to design. Then you select your fabrics and other design details. It is so much fun for anyone who likes creative projects! You can also order specialty coffees, items to eat while you are working on your handbag (I didn't as I was so absorbed in the process!) After your bag is finished, you then get to select your embellishments. They have a huge selection of everything there to choose from (including fabrics, chain straps, brooches, etc.)! It is such a fun experience! You create a gorgeous handbag while also creating amazing memories of your time in Paris!! I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun time creating a beautiful memento of your trip to Paris!!

Super fun and I got a super cool jacket. Employee was excellent at sewing and taught me a bunch! Warning tho: might take a little longer so make sure you don’t book ur time tightly

We took the denim jacket class. Move past the embellishments in the Maj. store and look in the sewing shop for the quality products. I came home with a custom debim jacket that I adore and is one of a kind. They also offer bag and hat making.

If you love crafting, sewing, beading, and designing, this workshop is for you. If you want to leave Paris with something that is both uniquely Parisian and uniquely you, this is a great workshop to try. This experience works best if you come with an idea of how you want to design your jacket-- take a look at custom jean jackets before you go. There are so many options of fabric, decals, trims, buttons, and sequins that if you are indecisive, you won't have enough time to complete your project. The workshop leader was friendly, helpful, and had a good sense of design. The workshop leaders will give you as much or as little help as you need. All of the attendees bonded with each other and gave each other encouragement and design tips. You will have a chance to do some sewing, but the bulk of the sewing is done by MiniMe sewers which is great because you will have more time to choose fabrics and to design. Be sure to allot several hours for this-- this is not a one hour experience. My group stayed most of the afternoon. My jacket turns heads and garners a lot of compliments. This is a great way to spend an afternoon in Paris.

I did this as an anniversary gift with my partner, and I was really surprised by how much fun it was! neither of us have really done any sowing or clothing design, but the class was formatted in a way that allowed us to be creative without requiring any previous skills/knowledge. Marionette lead our class, and she did a great job. She gave helpful advice when it was needed, and was an excellent guide. Plus she was very friendly and welcoming while clearly having strong eye for fashion and design. our tailor, Alex, was also great and even helped us learn the basics of using a sewing machine. My partner and I were both really happy with the jackets that we designed, and have a much greater appreciation for the difficulties and intricacies of clothing design!

Fun afternoon with my daughter (10). Staff were helpful; overall fun & unique experience. Can be daunting given the options & pricing of add ons seemed high but it is easy to navigate if you pay attention. Recommend for anyone with a crafty daughter :)

They have no selection of jackets to choose from. I am a larger woman and nothing fit me although they said they carry up to 5xl but only had class in stock. My daughter who is small or x small couldn’t get a jacket in blue or black (2 most popular colours). So this was a complete waste of money!! They also burned me when putting on a patch!!

My 9 year old daughter and I LOVED this. Place was so adorable! You can also make your own purses which we would have done if we had an extra day in Paris

This experience was even more enjoyable than I expected! I went with my daughter and we had so much fun creating our jackets with the expert guidance of Marinette. A super fun way to take home a super special and personalized Paris memento.
