Paola was friendly and fun to be with. She had planned and ambitious itinerary, explaining the history and significance of everything we saw. It was like visiting a friend and having her show you her city.
Tour guide very friendly and knowledgeable about the town and it's history. She spoke good English so she was easy to understand.
A very pleasant, friendly city guide who caters to the needs of his guests. He showed and explained to us the most important sights of Grossbasel as well as many small details.
We fully enjoyed Paola. She was very informative and flexible with what wee wanted to see and do. We were only in Basel for a day before getting on a River Cruise. so after the tour she sent us recommendations for lunch. We felt two hours was enough for us to get a jist of Basel.
Guide did not show but did reach later that Evening & was given wrong date by his Mgrs. / offered free tour if I ever return. Boss dropped the Ball!! Waiting on refund & it better come quick.
Unfortunately we had to cancel our tour. Our guide was very understanding due to the circumstances. Is there a possibility of applying any credit toward a future tour or for at least a partial refund? If not, we understand. The cancellation was totally on us.
Walking tour some Stairs but not necessary to do Guide had other options in case there was Something that we didn’t want to do. Guide is knowledgeable, kind, multilingual (English, French, German, Italian and Spanish). She knows the smallest details of what you are seeing. Nothing was rushed. We took our time and guide was happy to accommodate us. Paola is most knowledgeable and agreeable and personable. Is a true professional
Paola was prompt, enthusiastic about Basel, and an engaging guide. She showed us the highlights of the old town while revealing hidden views we would never have found on our own. Highly recommend this tour!

Our guide was very nice, knowledgeable and on time. It was a very hot day but he knew the cooler spots to take us.
