Fantastic day out. Would highly recommended. Great communication from Simon our tour guide before and during our trip. Prompt pick up. Lots of good information and advice on and about our destinations. Simon was great with his organisation. It was a magical day out. Thermal baths was a perfect way to end the day ( don’t forget your flip flops also you can hire towels) Thank you Simon and Paul our driver If in Krakow this trip is a must

My husband and I were already excited to experience this amazing trip but it was made even better by our guide Bart. From the start he was welcoming and inclusive of everyone. He filled us in on lots of local knowledge throughout the trip, giving us recommendations of where to eat etc. Zacopane is breathtaking, it’s a trip that cannot be missed. He played great tunes on the bus and got everyone smiling. We had the best day 🙂

We had a fantastic time at zakopane and the thermal pools. Our guide peter was very professional friendly and helpful. Peter gave us lots of very interesting information about various areas of poland and its history which we really enjoyed listening to. We would highly recommend Peter and will definitely hire this company again for future visits to krakow.

Absolutely brilliant trip and must do if visiting Krakow! What makes this trip is Olaf the tour guide - what a guy, so knowledgable, great sense of humour and made the trip so much fun. We were a group of 10 (five couples) and all agreed that Olaf was brilliant; the best guide we've ever had. Amazing trip with beautiful views, great food and drink and sample of local culture. Would definitely recommend and ask for Olaf!

Fabulous trip with thousand miles, Our guide and host was Weronika, she was evrything you could wish for ... helpful informative, funny, cheery and engaging. She keep us up to date about pick up times prior to the trip and meeting points etc during the trip . Umfortunately there was a large crowd at the cable ride to the viewing area but it went down quickly and was worth the wait( it was a polish hoilday when we went so much busier than usual ) I would definately reccommend this trip , very relaxing , from the vodka and cheese tasting to the fabulous thermal pools, A fantastic end to our Krakow break.
