Everything one could hope for from a photo walk: José took the time to adjust the tour according to our interests and what we had already visited. Above all, he conveys his passion for photography and the history of Porto with great elegance. While a classic guide would be content to show the iconic sites of the city, José presents them to us with his unique perspective as a photographer, adding an enriching historical context. We have unforgettable photos and memories! Our group of three people unanimously considers this tour one of the best we have ever taken.

Jose was fantastic
Jose was amazing. We had a three hour walking tour of Porto on the day we arrived. It was a great way to get oriented to the city, a great way to meet a wonderful local, and a great way to start with beautiful pics. Private tour with a wonder guide! Highly recommend

Excellent time with Jose!
Excellent time with Jose. He's a very nice person that talked with me a lot about Porto. Although this must be my 8th or 9th time in Porto, I really feel the difference this time with him. I learned a lot about the city and also about the portuguese history. I love the photos we took during our tour, though I felt a bit embarrassed at the beginning, as we talked and walked more, I felt really relaxed with him. I recommend!!!

My wife and I booked this tour as part of our anniversary celebration. It was an excellent choice ! Josè went above and beyond taking us to all the buetiful views will teaching us all there is to learn about where we were. Amazing time experience. Very informative, very accommodating and very well done overall. Enjoyed Jose’s company just as much as the sites !

Great Porto Photo Guide
It was a wonderful two days (one day in Porto and another in Douro Valley) with José showing me his favorite photo spots. It was extremely helpful as a photographer to have a similar-minded fellow photographer take you around and I highly recommend engaging José's services.

Must-do, even with a toddler and a stroller!
If there is one thing you want to do in Porto, then do this. Not only do you get great pictures but also you get to see fantastic sights right from Porto to Gaia, and then some. Jose was super friendly amd accomodating with our highly-energetic 3 year old, and was patient as we navigated the routes with his bulky diaper bag and stroller. Wear comfy shoes (you'llbe walking a lot), dress your best (to capture memories worth a lifetime), bring water, and ask questions (Jose won't mind!). Highly recommend this experience.
