We had a nice, informative tour with our guide, Zoltan. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. We recommend the tour and Zoltan.

Awesome, fun experience. Daniel (our tour guide) was very interesting and knowledgeable. We got to have an authentic lunch with dessert!

K Our guide Ferenc was excellent. He explained the history of the Castle district as well as the country. My only complaint is that the tour was not very accessible but the ad had said it was wheelchair accessible. I use a walker and it was not accessible.

It is a very uphill walk and you should arrange a ride tour for this tour. Zoltan was very interesting and informative. He answered all our questions and was very patient. We all highly recommend him if you are booking this tour.

Daniel (Danny) is truly a gem! We’ve done many tours but it’s safe to say he’s one of our top tour guides that we’ve enjoyed! His knowledge in various subjects kept all of my family (including two teens) engaged and his energy even on a freezing cold day was contagious! With him, he’d make any tour exciting!!

We had such a great guide. Zotan was unbelievably wonderful. We threw him for a loop when we asked him if he could show us around the Pest side instead of the Buda side (I erroneously did not realize our group saw the Buda side that morning). Zotan was very amenable and an absolute pro. He showed us so much in our three hour time period and could have gone longer. Zotan is informative and such an incredible historical story-teller and it’s apparent that he loves his home, Budapest.

I took the tour alone with my daughter. I didn't pay anyone. We went from Peste de Hop on Hop Off and we descended to Buda at the place where it takes the official transport from the castle. There we stop near the Church of Matias. Beautiful place! Beautiful view of Pest. And the Church of Matias is one of the most stunning I have ever seen! Infusion of colors and art. Different from everything! It's worth it!

Leslie was a wonderful guide ! He’s funny, informative, patient, and never rushed us. He gave us recommendations on places to visit, traditional Hungarian dishes and desserts to try. We had a great time !

The walking tour with Karol was fantastic! He asked us right at the beginning what we were most interested in hearing about, and tailored the information to our preferences. The sites themselves are "must-sees", the beauty and splendor of the architecture alone is breathtaking. Walking the streets of Buda is like stepping back in time. Karol was friendly and knowledgeable, and made this tour a real highlight on our trip to Budapest.
