I offer services on Viator. On November 29th, an agent booked a restaurant for December 31st – a brewery dinner for 2 people with a child. On the same day, I wrote to them asking what time they would like to have their meal. I received a response saying they would let me know, but I never got an answer. On December 16th, the restaurant informed me that, due to a New Year’s Eve event, they would only be open until 3:00 PM and that reservations could only be made for that time frame. I immediately informed the agent, who had booked the meals for 3 people. Only then did the agent inform me that their customers wanted to have dinner in the evening. I found them an alternative venue with excellent food located in the very center of Krakow and provided them with the contact information to make a reservation. I believe this negative feedback is entirely unwarranted. Firstly, the guest did not specify their preferred dining time at the beginning. Secondly, after I informed them of the available options, they canceled the reservation themselves. I am attaching below my conversation during I offer alternative ,,Hi Gianluca, Apologies for the inconvenience. As I mentioned earlier, this restaurant is only open until 3 PM on the day you booked, as they are hosting a private New Year's Eve party afterward. I would like to clarify that I only cooperate with this restaurant; it is not my own. I have checked a few other places, but unfortunately, the situation is similar. I am still reaching out to other restaurants and waiting for their responses, as not all of them have gotten back to me yet. I will update you as soon as I have more information. Then 2days later19 of December I wrote them ,,Hi , I have received the e-mail from the very nice restaurant with delicious food especially steaks, ribs etc. It is called (hidden name) and it is located in the Main Square. Glad to hear that you enjoyed the food! :) It's located in the Old Town, but it's a bit hidden, so that's why knowing the address is necessary to get there.
