Great intro to Vietnamese cooking. Came away with some must try recipes like the papaya salad and fried eggplant. Yen was very helpful and spoke good English.

My family and I met blue at a cafe before going to markets. The markets are always a little daunting but we got to learn the different fruits etc. The real fun was when we got back to do the cooking. Blue has great English and delivered a great class. We tried dishes we hadn’t had before and wouldn’t probably order either. We loved all of the food- we even made half without spice for the kids. Everyone loved the food and had fun. Definitely can’t wait to try make these at home- a few new family meals on the menu now! Definitely recommend doing this class!
