This was a last-minute booking for my daughter and me (booked 2 hours before start time) and we had a great time. Spencer and David were excellent guides - knowledgeable and entertaining - and we enjoyed a fun boat ride out to the Island. It was high tide, so the experience of getting off the island was unusual because we had to walk through a flooded forest with almost knee-high water, but other than that (which was a nature problem) it was a great time. The raccoons were very interactive with those who had food. Bring sunscreen, food for the raccoons and shoes that can handle water and mud and you’ll be perfectly fine. For animal lovers, this was a fun and unique experience.

Fantastic boat tour
The highlight of my trip to Miami. I loved meeting the raccoons and the Bucci and Ren were great too! Very knowledgable and engaging. Highly recommend this excursion for anyone visiting Miami

Viator first off what a dream missed the first two dates and they still let me book on for the third time. Spencer and but I were amazing I was on my own and they made sure that I didn’t feel alone or uncomfortable they chatted and checked in. Soo friendly

Fantastic trip
What a fun trip! A great way to escape the heat of the city for a few hours, get out onto the water and see some Florida wildlife. The guide was relaxed and knowledgable, pitching information just right for the group with such passion for the wildlife. The raccoons were adorable, so happy to have been able to share a little bit of their world. The boat is great, really comfortable, and fun friendly guides. A little expensive but worth it and highly recommend.

Raccoon enthusiasts dream
I had a wonderful experience. Feeding the raccoons was a dream come true for me.
I did some surprise karaoke on the boat, ate some snacks, and chilled in the water too. Couldn’t recommend more, worth every penny.

Had fun with the raccoons
Be ready to be in the sun for four hrs! Another then that we had an amazing time and I wanted to take those raccoons home with me, they were so adorable! Don’t forget to bring your own snacks… grapes and Pringle’s

Great day, unexpected charge
Great experience, almost. Lovely time at island playing with raccoons, swimming and sailing. After I had a large charge on my card and when I called they said that was for your lunch package. I said I just had a sandwich I didn’t have a soda and chips. Was told a supervisor would contact me. Have heard nothing back. I graciously tipped and am annoyed that the staff either overcharged me or did not give me the rest of my meal. Annoyed. That’s all. Fresh out of f$*# hat should have maybe clued me in they did not in fact care about the guest.

Perfect birthday for me
We had so much fun! The tour guys we awesome, really funny. The boat ride was great. Raccoon Island was a dream and the final swim was very refreshing after sweating on the island. Definitely recommend
