Quiet and organized bus point. Small bus, super comfortable, clean and punctual. The journey was quiet and lasted 28min. Rise/Go Up: Time marked on the ticket. Down / Down / Go Down: no schedule, just present the voucher because at all times there is a bus coming down.

We were due to unforeseen circumstances 1:30 later in Aqua Calientes, The company that “Peru Private Tours” works with (Torontoy) together with a local guide (Juan) brought us up immediately, and so ensured that we could still enter with our Machu Pichu entrance tickets. One real VIP service we never expected. Thank you to all those who have contributed to this.

This works out good as it’s private tour bus so you don’t need to stand in a queue for long duration especially it works out best while coming back from Machu Picchu.

Taking the bus went very smooth. Easy to find the busses The negative side. The company doesn't answer your questions. You get the tickets 24 hours before. The lines to the busses is long

Bus trip up and down from machupicchu be sure to line up in your correct line for entry time and be there 1h 20mins ahead of time
The company was very good at communication and making sure we had everything we needed before arriving at Machu Picchu. The lines were long but moved quickly. I want to tip my hat to the bus drivers, navigating that windy, narrow road takes series skills and they were amazing. Smooth ride and very clean buses.
