Our team sent you messages several times via the app asking for the information but no replies from you. In Noi Bai airport, there are 2 terminals (domestic and international arrivals). Our driver did not know where to wait for you and he chose to wait at the interantional arrival. You had our WhatsApp contact but you did not send any message. Luckily, you gave our contact to a local woman at the airport and she helped call us. She gave us your contact and we easily found you on WhatsApp then sent you WhatsApp messages. And then and our driver met you 3 minutes after that. We hope you should learn how to book the service online properly. Thank you!
