Do not trust the drivers. Our private transfer was used as a freight run (side hustle). Detoured and picked up packages - mishandled our luggage- awful experience

Dear customers,
We are sad to hear this. However, it is really not fair that you left a negative review just because you did not have a free ride as your expectation (we denied you full refund). You booked a private transfer with our company and you had it. The driver added his 2 boxes into the back and you said you did not agree. You called us to inform and we agreed with you. We asked the driver to unload the boxes and he did. Then you said you wanted a full refund because you were not happy with that adding 2 boxes by the driver, not accepting a partial refund. It is really unfair and inappropriate to asked for a full refund with that small issue.
