An incredible evening with Chef Fulvio! The 7th-floor rooftop location is stunning — panoramic views over Palermo’s golden domes, twinkling lights, and the breathtaking Conca d’Oro valley glowing at sunset. Pure magic. We made delicious Neapolitan pizzas from scratch (perfect dough, fresh Sicilian toppings) and finished with creamy ricotta tiramisù.
