Meeting point is at Alpseestraße.2 in 87645 Schwangau at the public bus stop. Parking (parking fee not included) in the opposite P3 and P1. If you are arriving by bus, take line 78,73 at 8:35 a.m. from Füssen station. Start time : 16.October - March 31 from 9:00 AM - 1.April - 15.October 10 : 00 AM. Your voucher is only valid with your guide. Take your voucher to the tour. Please do not go to the Ticket Center or the Castle Entrance, you must redeem your voucher with your guide.The tour is only available for 10 people or more. The tour can be cancelled due to unforeseen illness.
Your personal guide will meet you at Alpseestraße.2 in 87645 Schwangau at the public bus stop. Afterwards, we will take the shuttle bus to Marienbrücke (Mary’s Bridge) for impressive photos with a view of Neuschwanstein Castle, provided the shuttle bus is in operation. Afterwards you go to the castle together. Along the way you will get exciting insights into the history of King Ludwig II. Tickets are already organized. Your guide will accompany you to the entrance and assist you in scanning. After your guide accompanies you to the entrance, he leaves you and there are official guides of the castle waiting for you for a 35-minute guided tour with audio guide so you don't need to worry. Everything is organized for you to enjoy the experience!!

Augi was amazing. He met us at the bus, and led us through each leg of our tour carefully and with a lot of knowledge! He was very friendly and helpful, and recognized when the path was too strenuous for us. He told us where we could wait to rest and rejoin easily. Augi made a personal connection with everyone on the tour and I was very pleased. It was so nice to not worry about time deadlines or where to enter. I would fully recommend this tour!

We had a fantastic experience. Our tour guide, Augin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He met us at the bus stop as mentioned in the getyourguide description. My family of 5 were the only people who booked the tour but Augin still gave us the tour instead of canceling it. He sat by us on the shuttle and gave us some great facts about the castle and surrounding area. When we stopped at the Queen Mary Bridge, he patiently took pictures and videos of us, making sure that we got the shots that we wanted. He was very kind and patient with our 3 kids under the age of 8. The views on the bridge were breathtaking! Definitely a must see if you visit Neuschwanstein Castle. The castle tour was short but vary informative. The interior is amazing. We loved every second of this experience.

Our tour to Neuschwanstein Castle was a lovely experience, especially thanks to our guide Augin. We were a small group of 4 people, which gave the tour a very personal and pleasant atmosphere. Augin accompanied us to the castle and guided us through the history surrounding King Ludwig II with a lot of expertise, calmness, and a friendly manner.
