Meeting point is at Alpseestraße.2 in 87645 Schwangau at the public bus stop. Parking (parking fee not included) in the opposite P3 and P1. If you are arriving by bus, take the line 78,73 at 8:05 A.M. from the station Füssen. Start time : 16.October - March 31 from 9:00 AM - 1.April - 15.October 8 : 45 AM. Your voucher is only valid with your guide. Take your voucher to the tour. Please do not go to the Ticket Center or the Castle Entrance, you must redeem your voucher with your guide.The tour is only available for 10 people or more. The tour can be cancelled due to unforeseen illness. Please be at the starting point 15 minutes before the tour starts.
Your personal guide will meet you at Alpseestraße.2 in 87645 Schwangau at the public bus stop. Afterwards, we will take the shuttle bus to Marienbrücke (Mary’s Bridge) for impressive photos with a view of Neuschwanstein Castle, provided the shuttle bus is in operation. Afterwards you go to the castle together. Along the way you will get exciting insights into the history of King Ludwig II. Tickets are already organized. Your guide will accompany you to the entrance and assist you in scanning. After your guide accompanies you to the entrance, he leaves you and there are official guides of the castle waiting for you for a 35-minute guided tour with audio guide so you don't need to worry. Everything is organized for you to enjoy the experience!!

Very easy to find and very informative. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait to get up to the castle so the earlier the better.
We had a wonderful tour of Neuschwanstein with Augin. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and engaging, and our kids immediately gravitated toward him. He made the history interesting and accessible for the whole family while keeping everything relaxed and enjoyable. The visit to Mary’s Bridge was a highlight, and he guided us seamlessly from there into the castle. An excellent experience from start to finish — we would absolutely recommend Augin to other families visiting Neuschwanstein!

Great experience and our guide Augie tried to call us🙏 more precise location for a meet up place, we almost missed the tour: had a hard time finding the group as parking area is massive, suggest to give precise parking instructions : P1, P2 etc.
