Choose a different tour

The sites themselves were great. We chose the Nachi Waterfall tour. The driver did not go in the order that is listed. He drove us to Nachi Waterfall first. The drive was 3.5 hours away from the Osaka area. The driver kept falling asleep behind the wheel the entire time heading to Nachi Waterfall. The car was swerving and kept running over the highway speed bumps. He was silent the entire experience. He was not very friendly. He stopped at a Family Mart that was closer to the first location and stocked up on red bull and snacks. This made us very uncomfortable the entire trip. We could not wait for the experience to be over. We also booked the Mount Koya & Wakayama tour and canceled based on the experience with the driver. When they mention self-guided tour.... it is so that. No friendly interaction. You're better off renting a car and driving yourself. Or finding a better tour guide company. We had to ask him to make time for lunch.
