As a family with three teenagers, we booked a half-day tour of Banda and Juhu through the concierge of our hotel, with drop-off service from the hotel. Our guide Shalmali offered an excellent tour with lots of information, concluding with a visit to the ISKCON temple at the evening service. We felt very well looked after by her and would like to thank her again for the tour.

Marshall was an excellent guide, and I had a fantastic day exploring Mumbai with him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very good at planning the day in a logical way based on traffic and timing, which made everything run smoothly. What I appreciated most was that Marshall did not make the tour feel rushed or overly rehearsed. He gave me historical background, pointed out important details, answered my questions, and helped me experience both the major sights and everyday life in Mumbai. The tour felt well balanced and thoughtful from beginning to end. The visit to Dhobi Ghat was especially memorable, and I also enjoyed seeing places like Oval Maidan, Marine Drive, the Hanging Gardens, Gandhi’s museum, Crawford Market, and the historic train station area. Marshall added context at each stop and made the city feel much more understandable and approachable. He was professional, easy to spend the day with, and clearly cares about giving visitors a meaningful experience. I would highly recommend Marshall to anyone looking for a great guide in Mumbai.
Although I initially wondered how much I could see in just half a day in Mumbai, it turned out to be a deeply enriching experience as we visited many of the city’s key highlights. Our guide, Neha, was incredibly kind and explained everything clearly. Whenever we had difficulty understanding, she used a translation app to help us, which made everything much easier to follow. She also checked our understanding throughout the tour, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our driver, Sultan, was always punctual and drove us safely and comfortably according to the schedule. Thanks to Neha and Sultan, our half-day tour in Mumbai was truly meaningful, and it gave us a deeper understanding of India’s history and daily life.
