I had such an amazing time during the Knife Experience with Ash and Mariz. The whole experience was engaging, informative, and memorable from start to finish. Mariz and Ash were amazing. We learned a lot about sharpening knives and the history of knives in Japan. It was a lot of fun and they were very funny. Highly recommend!
