Clean, comfortable van. The post was a mess, but the driver worked hard to get us right to the drop off point. There was an issue with the vehicle, but the driver communicated thoroughly and made up time. Great experience!

I had purchased and confirmed this shuttle transfer months prior to our departure. One week prior, I confirmed again. On the day of the shuttle transfer, the driver was not at the Bologna airport. I phoned the contact number and the driver said he was in Ravenna, our end location. He had reversed the shuttle. This left us without transportation, and it took over an hour, a lovely translator from the Bologna airport tourism desk, and a lot of stress to find us a new driver. While the new driver did finally arrive, this was incredibly stressful. I will not ever use this company to arrange transportation again.
Dear Corinna, Thank you for the message. Unfortunately, there was a mistake by the driver. And we already discussed it with you and him. But I do not agree with what you say, "he left us without transportation and that it took a lot of stress to find a new driver" because WE found a new driver and we sent him to the airport in one hour. You reached the cruise terminal one hour later around 13:30 but always on time because the ship usually leaves the dock around 19:00. Sometimes you can reach the terminal in more than one hour late because of the traffic that normally there is on that motorway. Anyway, I resend my excuse while I send you my best regards. Daniele.
