På vår Secret Food Tour Bologna : ger vi dig en oförglömlig smakupplevelse. Vi börjar med en traditionell Raviola med Mostarda alla Bolognese. Sedan besöker vi en av stadens äldsta Salumeria för att lära oss mer om de lokala köttprodukterna och de berömda pastaprodukterna. Du kommer att njuta av: Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella di Bologna och många fler regionala kallskuret i den äldsta Osteria i världen med ett glas av vårt lokala vin. Välkommen till starten av vår kulinariska odyssé på Palazzo della Mercanzia. The food was delicious, with a great variety of local specialties, and the portions were just right—left feeling satisfied but not overly full. Hands down, my best experience I had in Italy for the 2.5 weeks I was there. I was in town for a business conference and then was meeting family in Tuscany the following week for vacation. I learned so much from my tour guide that made me feel the depth of Italian history and cuisine across the world. This is a must. Experiencing history through food is imperative for cultural appreciation and exploration.

We had an amazing experience on this food tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna!
