Denna endagstur från Edinburgh tar dig med på sightseeing på imponerande Kelpies, till vackra Loch Lomond, den magnifika Trossachs National Park och de skotska legendernas land William Wallace och Rob Roy. Innan ett fascinerande stopp på Stirling Castle för att uppleva historien och berättelserna om skotska kungligheter. Avgår Edinburgh, vi går mot vårt första stopp för dagen; Kelpies. Med sina 30 meter är de de största hästskulpturerna i världen och föreställer mytiska varelser från skotsk folklore.
Vi stannar vid Balloch vid Loch Lomond för att ge våra kunder möjlighet att ta en kryssning över Loch Lomond. Entré till kryssningen ingår inte.
För de som inte är intresserade av att ta kryssningen stannar vi vid Loch Lomond Shores, för kunderna att ta en lugn promenad.
Vi fortsätter genom nationalparken Trossachs, även känd som ”högländerna i miniatyr” för dess överflöd av sjöar, berg och skogar. Den är också känd för den legendariske laglöse Rob Roy MacGregor. Vi kommer att spendera tid att utforska området innan vi stannar för lunch i en liten by nedsänkt i dess vackra omgivningar.
Efter lunch tar vi oss genom staden Callander, förbi det medeltida Doune Castle innan vi gör dagens sista stopp vid Stirling Castle (tillval). Platsen är en av Skottlands mest historiskt betydelsefulla fästningar, som sitter högt uppe på vulkaniska klippor och erbjuder underbar utsikt över det omgivande landskapet. Du kommer att ha tid att besöka slottet och lära sig om de bravader av viktiga historiska personer, inklusive William Wallace, Robert the Bruce och Mary Queen of Scots. Med massor av intressanta saker att se och göra här, är Stirling Castle erfarenhet ett måste för alla besökare till Skottland. Vi påbörjar sedan vår hemresa till Edinburgh.

We had a one day tour with Alistair, the driver. Went to Loch Lomond, the Kelpies, Stirling Castle and Callander. We had a terrific time at each of these places. Alistair did a great job of providing the right amount of background while deftly and safely driving our motor coach. Thank you!
Great trip and wonderful commentary from Brian Steele our drive. Very lively history, jokes and music. Wonderful scenery and comfortable bus. Highly recommended.
Had a wonderful tour of the Kelpies, Loch Lomond and Stirling Castle! Would recommend the tour starting with the castle first since it was the highlight of the trip. Our guide Alistair was very knowledgeable and great driver!

The tour with our guide Brian today was fun and interesting. My family and I have learned a lot about Scotland and its history. My 9 year old daughter and I have really enjoyed this day trip - beautiful sights, many varied stops and we were very lucky with gorgeous weather too. However none of it would be as enjoyable if it wasn’t for our great driver/guide Brian. Very friendly, knowledgeable and above all funny! We had many laughs and it gave the whole day a joyful & friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend! I would give it five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kelpies are good for a photo, 15 mins max Loch Lomond take the boat ride, it’s nice Stirling castle was amazing if you love castles, and we do! Callum was a very good driver.

Read this review before you waste your time and money with the Short company The Tour bus was in very poor shape. The shocks were bad. The majority of the speakers didn’t work. They filled the bus putting somebody in the front seat over the axle. You couldn’t hear yourself sick. The driver is supposed to be your guy well our driver had a script that he memorized, but he spoke so fast even the people sitting where the speakers did work did not understand him so how can you enjoy your trip when you don’t know what you’re doing or where you’re going? Part of the reason I was convinced to go with this company was this was an eight hour trip well the bus was supposed to leave at 8:30. It said be there promptly but they waited 20 minutes for somebody but we didn’t get back until after seven at night, why because at the first stop when a few people were late coming on they said oh sorry were late the bus driver said don’t worry about it so each step more more people became later and later the most offensive thing was we had a one hour stop for lunch. What was raining? I tried to get back on the bus five minutes before the one hour was up, the bus driver wasn’t there. He said he got a full hour break and wasn’t going to come back to the bus till his hour was up. It would be nice if he told us that so he showed up almost 10 minutes late by the time everybody was on the bus another 20 minutes late. This occurred throughout the entire time.
