Vi förhämtar dina biljetter så att vår Castle Tour ger dig enkel tillgång till Skottlands mest ikoniska befästning. Den 1h30 långa turnén kommer att täcka Edinburgh Castles 3000 år långa historia och den viktiga roll som det har spelat i att forma Skottland. Turen avgår från vår utgångspunkt på 192 High Street, vid statyn av Adam Smith.

Du kommer att guidas genom Edinburgh Castle. Det är värt att notera att vi inte kan ta dig in i någon av kastbyggnaderna (ingen researrangör kan) men vi kommer att ge dig slottets rika historia, dess plats i skotsk historia och många av det är mer ovanliga berättelser så att efter turnén kommer du att kunna utforska slottet med en mycket djupare förståelse än en tillfällig besökare.

- Edinburghs slott är byggt ovanpå kärnan i en gammal vulkan, marken är ofta ojämn och ibland brant. Var beredd att vara på fötterna under hela turnén. Personer med mobilitetsproblem kanske inte får ut det mesta av den här turnén.

Max was a great and knowledgeable guide. We learned a lot about that different buildings on the castle grounds in a fun and informative way, so that we knew where to focus our time after the tour. He also tried to keep us in the shade as much as possible since it was an unusually hot day. Highly recommend... And just be sure to plan for 2-3 more hours at the castle after the tour to explore the inside of the buildings.
Absolutely wonderful tour. Well organized amidst the chaos of all the visitors to the castle. Georgia was fantastic and did the whole tour with her adorable daughter on her. Much kudos as it was a warm day.
Excellent tour of Edinburgh Castle. Little Fish Tours and our tour guide was Koffe. He was incredibly engaging and knowledgeable!!
Meeting place is 1/2 mile BELOW the castle, then they walk you up to the castle. Our guide, Koffe, was very friendly and entertaining! He gave an hour and a half overview of the history of the castle, pointing out the buildings and describing what was in each so that when our official tour ended we could decide which parts of the castle we wanted to explore further. Make sure to allow yourself an hour or so longer than the tour lasts so you can go in the buildings and see stuff (like the Crown Jewels)!
Our guide , Jess , was excellent !! She was very informative and engaging. She made the tour very fun and interesting.
This was a great tour for our family (myself, my husband, and kids 18, 16, and 12 years). Matthew was an amazing guide and story teller!! Our kids are still talking about what Matthew told us days later, he made it a very memorable part of our vacation!
Just know it's a tour around the interior of the open castle courtyard. There are many places to enter in there so make time afterwards as this tour only scratched the surface.
It’s very packed. It was sometimes hard to hear our guide over all of the other people and all of the other guides. It also seemed as all the different guides were saying, all kinds of different information and various spots. It would’ve been nice to have the guy be able to take us down into the jail into the chapel, etc.. I definitely wish we just did the headphones. We feel it would been more informative inside the buildings and help cut on the noise and distraction as we walked through.
It was great. Our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. We highly recommend it . The meeting place and ending spot were easy access.
Directions sent to wrong side of street, so crowded I had hard time finding group, walked us downhill to just walk us back up again, couldn’t hear guide well and he walked way too fast uphill in the crowd. Peeled off and did the tour on my own with audio guide once in.
