Kör norrut genom Glencoe medan din Driver / Guide pekar ut inspelningsplatserna för James Bond och Harry Potter franchise Stanna till i Fort William-området för lunch innan du tar en kort bilresa till Glenfinnan-viadukten som blev känd från sina scener i Harry Potter-filmerna från inspelningen av Hogwarts Express. Ta en kort promenad till utsiktsplatsen, där du kommer att ha enastående utsikt över Loch Shiel och över till viadukten. Vägen hem kommer att vara dags att koppla av och ta in Highland landskapet. Sista stoppet är vid den historiska staden Pitlochry innan du fortsätter hem över Firth of Forth längs UNESCO Forth Rail Bridge tillbaka in i Edinburgh.

När vi närmar oss halvvägspunkten på vår turné stannar vi till vid Fort William, känt som högländernas huvudstad. Här kommer du att ha tid att äta lunch på någon av de många lokala pubarna, restaurangerna eller kaféerna som kantar den kullerstensbelagda huvudgatan.
Glenfinnan Viaduct är känd från sina scener i Harry Potter-filmerna och omges av berg på Loch Shiels fantastiska stränder. Från besökscentret kommer du att kunna ta en kort promenad till utsiktsplatsen för att bevittna den hisnande utsikten längs klyftan över Loch Shiel som används i olika Harry Potter-scener samt sjön där Hogwarts sitter. Hitta en bra plats att se Jacobite Steam Train korsa Glenfinnan Viaduct*. Toaletter och mat finns i besökscentret. *Observera att Jacobite Steam Train drivs av separat företag och även om vår tur är schemalagd runt att se detta kan vi inte garantera tåg kommer att köras på dagen för din tur. Den här tjänsten är säsongsbunden och går från måndag 7 april till fredag 24 oktober 2025.
Stanna till i den viktorianska semesterorten Pitlochry för en chans att sträcka på benen och ta några lätta förfriskningar innan den sista delen av resan hem

Wonderful day visiting the highlands. Keith, our driver and commentator skillfully guided us through the main points of Scottish history, managing to make it both very interesting and accessible. We got to see the highlights of the highlands, without feeling like we were being rushed. While it is a very intensive trip of bus all day, we got to stretch our legs in upwards of 6 stunning places, including one where we could have lunch (the small town of fort William, although please note that the fort has been destroyed and only the very low walls remain). It is a bus of roughly 50 people, but most of the time is spent quietly listening to the driver’s explanations or very immersive playlist, and we are then free to roam on our own outside the bus, so the crowd does not change much about the experience. I recommend arriving early before the meeting point to have a seat with a good window. (All seats feature windows, but some, like the front seats, are better). A recommendation for the company would be to create little maps of the stops where we spend more time, with the recommendations of restaurants and sights highlighted. Passengers could take a photo and use it as an aid, without having to worry about forgetting how to get to somewhere nice after having received oral directions.
Keith was our guide, amazing story telling and very interesting to listen to! We have learned so much about Scotland in the very short time of 12 hours :)) Wish we had more time to see the places by foot, exploring the terrain… but still an amazing experience… will definitely go on a hike here :) (Really bonded with the cows… so sad couldn’t take one home)
We had a great Highlands tour! Keith was an amazing guide—funny, friendly, and full of energy. His jokes made the journey even better, and his stories and clear directions at every stop were really helpful. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable trip. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing trip to the Highlands! Keith, our tour guide and driver, was incredibly lively and made the journey so enjoyable with his great sense of humor. His jokes kept everyone entertained, and I really appreciated how he shared the history of each place and gave clear guidance on where to go at every stop. The journey was smooth from start to finish, and everything was well organized. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this tour!
Tremendous day, no complaints - the sights were stunning (particularly at Glencoe and Glenfinnan) and Keith was a highly informative and entertaining host.
