Great and nice scotish guy. Superb information aside of normal things.
It was great to have a guide and it gave so much moore to the experience. He was very funny and told lots of stories.
Great tour, Alister is fantastic!! This one’s a must do if you go to Edinburgh. And if you take the morning tour you can see the cannon fire at 1.
Alister was a great guide- energetic and informative- the tour was the perfect amount of time with the group and then time on our own- Alister ensured we finished prior to the gun shot and provided tidbits on what to see in our own

Great tour with Alistair! He was informative and entertaining and we all enjoyed the experience, even the teenagers!
The guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and shared interesting facts about the castle and it's history. The tour lasted for 1.5 hours. We were provided with adequate time during the different parts of the tour, and we were free to explore the castle, after the tour. We could visit parts of the castle that we didn't see during the tour, when exploring on our own.
Alister did a great job! He always made sure the group was safe and his stories were very intriguing. Would recommend!

Very entertaining and informative. The tour guide was great. Worth the money and 1:30 mins is perfect timewise. 11:30am is a good time to see the cannon being fired at 1pm.
