Den lokala läkaren Moray Grigor är infödd i Edinburgh och älskar staden och har samlat några av de bästa av dess berättelser för att ge dig. Med start precis nedanför slottet, turnerar vi längs den världsberömda Royal Mile, ducka in i gränder och bakgårdar medan vi går, och vi kommer att höra de mest besynnerliga, underhållande och fascinerande anekdoterna från Gamla stan, många samlade av Edinburghs förläggare och författare Robert Chambers redan 1824. Our guide, Moray, was just wonderful. He was so friendly and fun and full of wonderful stories about the many unseen closes in Edinburgh along the Royal Mile. We learned so much history about the City of Edinburgh, and many of its famous citizens. It was very different from the usual city tour and my husband and I enjoyed our time with Moray so much. We would recommend this tour to everyone.

Moray was an excellent host not just a guide. Traveling with kids always adds an element of complexity to these types of tours. Moray was very accommodating to our time schedule, we moved at our pace and it was informative and fun for the kids. He is extremely knowledgeable about Edinborough and Scotland.

Our wee party of runners from Lancashire slogged our way up the "hospitable" hills of Holyrood parkrun on a sunny Saturday and just a few hours later were rewarded with an entertaining, enlightening and simply excellent tour of Edinburgh led by our amazing guide Moray. We were treated to an afternoon of discovery and adventure like no other where fascinating historical information merged with amusing tales of Edinburgh and its citizens in times gone by which really brought the city to life. We explored narrow alleyways and beautiful buildings, saw magnificent monuments and heard spellbinding tales - and there were some beautiful gaelic songs too! We loved our tour - Moray was a wonderful guide and everyone had a thoroughly enjoyable and unique afternoon. We truly felt we had gone way beyond the usual tourist experience to get a real sense of the people, the history and the heartbeat of this beautiful city. A huge thank you to Moray for a wonderful tour which we will never forget.
