With locals cancelled with me on the day of my tour. They just sent an email saying cancelled and refund issued and no one else was available to go in their place. Then when I followed up and asked if an alternative tour guide might be available they said yes but the fee was double!!! I will never use them again. A very disappointing experience.

We got a great intro to Bologna in just 2 hours. Thorough overview of city highlights and a great list of things to eat and explore after. Just what we needed to make the most of our time.
We did a kickstart city tour with Frederik and he was great! It was sweltering hot so he was very thoughtful to keep us in the shade as much as possible and let us take our time since we had two kids with us. He knows a lot about Bologna and this was a nice way to start our trip!
