Du kommer att kunna uppleva det lokala sättet att äta och dricka i Bologna tack vare denna upplevelse. Vi tar dig genom en gastronomisk resa som får dig att upptäcka vilka dolda platser som bara lokalbefolkningen känner till och som du måste prova! Målet är att dela med dig av exakt vad vår typiska dag skulle vara, den klassiska utflykten vi gör med våra vänner och familj, och överraska din aptit och smaklökar med + 10 mat- och vinprovningar! Vi börjar med en typisk, välsmakande och läcker tigella! Sedan går vi vidare direkt med inköp och provsmakning av pålägg, ostar och bröd. Upplev Bologna-området med lokalt vin på ett historiskt läge öppet sedan 1465. Sedan går vi genom den gamla stadskärnan och provar två ikoniska hemgjorda pasta i en klassisk Osteria Bolognese, alltid i kombination med ett annat lokalt vin. Vi avslutar med den bästa gelatoen i stan!

Vi börjar från Neptunusfontänen, är vår mötesplats! Du kommer att få tillfälle att se den ikoniska Neptunusfontänen och Piazza Maggiore
Vi korsar Piazza Maggiore, tittar på San Petronio, Bolognas huvudkyrka, och går sedan in på (quadrialtero) och börjar vår gastronomiska upplevelse
Vi stannar i centrum för att besöka gömda lokalbefolkningens livsmedelsbutiker, vi kommer att prova Balsamic Vinegard, vi kommer att köpa kallskuret och ostar, olika sorters bröd och vi åker till en ikonisk Osteria för att smaka på allt med lite lokalt vin
Vi kommer att gå accros via Oberdan för att besöka en annan lokal Osteria och smaka på 2 huvudsakliga hemgjorda pasta som tagliatelle con ragu e tortellini med lambruscovin
vi besöker Bolognas ikoniska finestrella och vi tar fantastiska bilder av 1 av stadens 7 hemligheter, underjordiska vattenvägar i Bologna
vi avslutar vår upplevelse med Bolognas bästa gelato på det mest ikoniska torget i staden!

We did the gastronomic tour as a family and left delighted and well filled. We tasted typical products as we strolled through the center and the guide was telling stories and curiosities of the city. Perfect plan for a first time in Bologna: better to go hungry and want to walk for a while.

While my wife and I couldn’t wait for our tour with Tours and the City, we unfortunately had a medical issue arise that prevented us from attending. Sadly, Tours and the City was unwilling to offer any flexibility or refund any of the amount we had paid in full, adding further stress to the difficulty of dealing with medical issues abroad.

Great tour around the streets of Bologna but a local guide. The guide was raised in Bologna and gave us a very nice insight into the city. The tour included sights, secrets and delicious food.

We had a great time with Frederica. All locations aware great and the food and drink were amazing. We were visiting our daughter on Rome and decided to go up to Bologna for the day.

Roberta was super nice and very friendly. We had a lot of fun with our group and she was very informative on the foods that we ate at. Got to try the local bolognian food and the tour also had time for us to relax and get to know the people who were on the tour with us. Would recommend our guide and the tour itself to our friends.
