Commentary didn’t work on multiple seats. We tried different earbuds but ithey still didn’t work. Tried a few different seats before we found some that did work.

Not having a live guide is a bust. Program not synced up due to detours
Complete scam — avoid £30 per person for broken audio on multiple buses and a tour that strands you. We were promised buses every 15 minutes at the Royal Botanic Garden. Waited over an HOUR. Nothing. Had to pay for an Uber just to escape. You can't hear the commentary you paid for, and the buses don't actually come — so what exactly am I paying for? Absolute rip-off. Don't waste your money.
The voucher makes it difficult to get tickets. I had to take a taxi to downtown Edinburgh (Waterloo) to exchange voucher for tickets.

You can see alot of out of the way places in one day that are not on a typical list. The Royal Botanic Gardens is a great way to spend time in a natural environment and learn about native plants!

Our hotel was in the absolute center of Edinburgh, making it very easy to reach many sights on foot. However, with the HiHo bus, there is the opportunity to learn about various notable points of the city in different languages. You would not be able to reach all these interesting places on foot in such a short time. If you think ahead about where you would like to get off and visit, it makes the most sense in my opinion. Cool, the ticket is valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase, so with a thoughtful timing, you can use it efficiently over two days.

Very good service and good information in French about the history of the tour. The only downside was waiting for the bus without a bus shelter during the rain, with bus arrivals every hour.

Travelled on the red route and blue. Worth getting the 48 hr. Excellent being able to hop on and off. Very regular. Perfect way to see the City

Great tour of the inner city with the red route and the blue route around the outer city. Bus drivers and all staff at the stops were fantastic to talk to. Highly recommend this comps
